Where can I buy your artwork?
I sell original paintings and prints of my work on Etsy, a fantastic website for buying and selling handmade items, as well as The Art Room at The Outlet in Banbridge. I also currently have work available through Montmarte Gallery in Lisburn and The Yard Gallery in Holywood, County Down or you can email me to purchase artwork directly from me.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal and major credit cards via Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, don't worry, you can still pay through Paypal without opening an account. Payment is due within 72 hours of purchase, please. If you have any help processing your payment, I'm happy to talk you through it, so just email me.
If you love my work, I WANT you to have it, so for items $100 and above, I do offer payments in installments. Your deposit of 20% of the purchase price (including shipping) will hold your painting while you make payments. You may stagger your payments however you wish, provided you have paid in full within 90 days. Your painting will be shipped once you have paid in full.
Will you ship my purchase?
Absolutely! I will ship your purchase within 3 business days of payment. Your painting will be shipped from my home in the UK, so the time it takes for you to receive it will depend on your location. I package each painting with great care so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. On the remote chance that it does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately, so that I can remedy the problem. I will replace, repair or refund, depending on the situation.
What is your refund policy?
I understand that purchasing art online without having seen in in person can be scary. I put a lot of love in each piece and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your painting within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping. To qualify for a refund, it's important to contact me prior to return, to repack the painting carefully and to provide me with proof of postage. I will refund your money immediately when I have received the painting (in its original condition) back safely. Commissioned pieces and pieces purchased through payment installments do not qualify for refunds.
Do you do commissions?
If you like my style, but don't see anything in my shop that is exactly what you are looking for, I can create something personal for you. Contact me via email to discuss your commission options. I require a 50% deposit to begin your piece and the balance prior to posting.
How long will a commission take to complete?
It generally takes approximatedly 2 weeks to complete a commission, but this depends on my current waiting list and the complexity of your piece. I will advise you of my current schedule and estimated completion time at the time of our commission agreement.
Is your artwork available to license?
Yes, if you would like to option my work, contact me to discuss your wishes.
Do you teach workshops?
Yes! I work with both children and adults and can work with groups of all sizes. I teach mixed media painting techniques, whimsical portraits, jewellery making and a variety of other creative workshops. Each workshop is designed upon your specific needs.
